The Canadian Water Resources Journal was first published in the fall of 1976 and it has grown in stature to be recognized as a quality and important publication in the water resources field. Manuscripts are classified as research, an application or an invited paper on a topic of special interest. Before being accepted for publication, all papers are reviewed by at least two qualified referees. Manuscripts are accepted in English or French Beginning with Issue 29(1) - March 2004, the Canadian Water Resources Journal is published by the NRC Research Press and is available online.
