Every effort is being made to maximize the exposure of the exhibition to the delegates.
Receptions, lunch and coffee breaks, and the only access to the conference will
be through the exhibition area.

Booth Specifications
Booths will be 10’ x 10’ in size and will include backdrop drapery. 6’ tables with
drapery will be provided. Power and internet can be arranged through the conference
hotel.
Exhibitor Delegate Registrations
Please note that all Exhibitors must register booth attendants (including holders
of foyer passes) in advance using the “Exhibitor Registration” form included in
the Exhibitors Package. These registrations must be submitted with
the initial Exhibitor Package. Substitutions will be accepted until May 31, 2010.
