Presentation by the Canada Research Chair in Water Management: Dr. R. de Lo

Where and when did the event happen?
University of Guelph on the 28th of November 2006

What happened?
Dr. Rob de Lo, Professor, Department of Geography (University of Guelph) and Canada Research Chair in Water Management talked to us about the CWRA, and about the evolution and current state of water policy in Canada. Based on his experience, he pointed out the gaps between the current water policy of Canada and the scientific approach being used to study it. The event was very informal, informative and highly interactive. A 45 minutes talk by Dr. Rob and 25 minutes discussion with the audience made the event a great success.

11 people attended.

We are interested in holding such an event, how much would it cost?
There were no costs associated with the event
