The 2008 CWRA Alberta Branch Conference will be held at the Radisson Hotel Calgary Airport (2120 - 16th Avenue N.E., Calgary Alberta). A block of rooms with special rates has been reserved for conference delegates at the Radisson on a ‘first-come-first-serve’ basis.
Delegates shall be responsible for their own room, tax and incidental charges. Each individual must give a credit card upon check in at the hotel. Please note the Radisson Calgary is completely smoke free. Smoking in a room will result in a $150 per night charge that will be applied to deep cleaning of the room.
Check In/Check Out
The Hotel check in time is after 3:00 pm, and check out time is by 12:00 pm noon. Guests arriving prior to 3:00 pm will be accommodated as rooms become available. The front desk can arrange to check baggage for those arriving early when rooms are not available.
